Does this mean that you have become wise, to behave responsibly, such and such? Because as such, I am not I want to.

the way the first time since hmm ... no I do not even know, but I have a genuine motivation to make a New Year's resolutions and their implementation as soon as possible. Yes, this is the time, I think.

"Reminders IN PRACTICE Aikido - Ueshiba Morihei O-Sensei

AIKIDO - Way of the Spirit of True

Dear All,

"reminders in practice Aikido" a set of six principles forming the foundations of the process of training in aikido. Have been formulated by Sensei Ueshiba Morihei in 1935.
most important - from my perspective BUDO practice - is the fourth point, which is that:

"The instructor teaches only one small aspect of martial arts. Each practitioner has - through constant practice and training - you discover it's versatility. "

presented quoted above fully describes my position on the Way BUDO:

training, daily practice is the key to understanding the essence of the Way of martial arts. None of the two-day training signed by well-known commercial name does not replace the daily practice, in which the forging of both technical skills and BUDO SPIRIT ....

That is why my BUDO is far from any commercialism ....

PS. Point three " reminders in practice aikido " provides that:

"Training should always lead in a pleasant and joyful atmosphere ... "

Review: Jacek Mendyk -" Toyotomi Hideyoshi "Series: The Great Warriors of Japan

oi M Dear,

book by Jack Mendyka " Toyotomi Hideyoshi" (Series: "Great Warriors Japan) is a unique position.
A study of historical integrity, is in fact a great historical essay. The author makes a huge effort, because without ambition fiction can inspire and draw the reader. Mr Jack's writing style Mendyka is a perfect example of a historical essay, the highest quality scientific publications.
book contains a wealth of references to historical sources, refers to a recognized scientific achievements for a description and analysis of a Toyotomi Hideyoshi, a man descended from a commoner, who was the first great leader of the Military not only managed to integrate Japan , dzielnicowo broken, but he challenged China and Korea ....
Toyotomi Hideyoshi is a figure of at least controversial, however, by the facynująca, both as a military leader, politician and a man of his era. The author refers to the sources epistolograficznych - quite a rich resource containing a list of Hideyoshi to appeal to different people. Superbly presented
historical sources with only pure fiat comment author allows the reader to independently evaluate the proposal to draw characters.
journalism performed by Mr. Jack Mendyk is free from teaching and now a simple interpretation.
author suggests rather Hideyoshi's biography claims citing reliable sources, or the wider context historical conditions. The author inspires the reader to their own thoughts, avoiding the administration of ready-made solutions and interpretations.
In my opinion, this is a great asset to the publication.
Form Toyotomi Hideyoshi, what emerges from the pages of a book Mr. Jack has a real clarity Mendyka, extreme emotions, the determination that pushes him to achieve more ambitious objectives, but less and less viable.
Toyotomi, on the one hand it is opinionated upstart, who reached the highest honors with manipualcje, intrigue, and the principle of "the end justifies measures ", but on the other hand is an ambitious visionary, a pragmatist vision possessed the size of the Empire, which built not entirely with himself in mind as the hegemony .....
Toyotomi also experienced the tragic fate of the father losing his beloved son, who after this event will never recover their psychological balance, is also a faithful vassal of Oda Nobunaga and the avenger, in honor of their Lord, commanding the highest virtues of the Samurai .. ..

And that tells Mendyka Jack Lord's work.

all enthusiasts Land of the Rising Sun and the samurai culture in good conscience recommend it.

Review: Agnieszka Kozyra -" Zen "

Dear All,

Agnieszka Kozyra is one of the largest autorytetóww Poland in the understanding of a wide conceived Culture of Japan.
Below book review by Prof. A. Kozyra " Zen philosophy." Review published in the Gazeta Wyborcza. "
For my part, I noted that the book by prof. Agnieszka Kozyra is undoubtedly one of the most interesting theoretical work devoted to Zen Buddhism has ever appeared in the Polish language.

respectfully

Darius Wyspianski

" PHILOSOPHY OF ZEN"
Agnieszka Kozyra

If you find by a man who knows he does not say a word - not keep silence! - Says one of the sayings of Zen. Wisdom? Gibberish? Poetic paradox? Zen is one of the most mysterious spiritual and religious phenomena East. Commonly in the West is associated with meditations for achieving inner freedom and enlightenment, they rarely say that Zen practice requires iron discipline, and the decision to exercise the spiritual is sometimes a matter of life and death - training sometimes ends in serious mental illness, so. Zen's disease. So how come closer to the Zen?

known in the West there are many studies on this stream of Buddhism - almost all posts operate the language of poetry, build around a Zen aura of mystery (even to develop an outstanding scientific DT Suzuki). Does this mean that rational thinking is doomed to the phenomenon of Zen to surrender?

In his wonderful, unique book, "Zen philosophy" Agnieszka Kozyra proves that it does not. The Zen emphasizes that words and concepts is often a trap, in which flows into the human mind. They immobilize the reality, that is something that by nature is in motion. Similarly, critical thinking about language can be found in Chinese Taoism, and European philosophy of Heidegger. Writes Agnieszka Kozyra, Zen does not reject logic and reason, but it points out the necessity of being exceeded.

task that the author has done, borders on intellectual juggling - not losing sight distance to the Zen philosophy, told about the Zen's. Philosophy seeks to answer the question of reality - what is it? Zen gives, according to Kozyra, the clear answer to this question - the reality is Emptiness. This emptiness is the absolute negation, because it negates not only affirmation, but also a negation of negation, and therefore can not be objectified. That which exceeds both the existence and nonexistence, it must include them in himself, and so it is absolutely contrary to the identity of being and nonexistence. " This reasoning can be difficult for the Western mind operates the opposite, exclusion. Buddhist emptiness as nothingness Heideggerowska is not a vacuum - it contains within it all, and what is the point of view, our logic is not compatible, like life and death. It is worth noting that it is often regarded in Europe as a hermetic Heidegger is one of the most translated filozofóww western Japan.

thirteenth-century Zen master Dogen stated: "Knowledge is to know the ways of the Buddha himself, and knowledge of oneself is tantamount of forgetting about myself. " This saying clearly reflects the logic of paradox, which operate the Zen masters. This

born in China and developed in Japan called the current message of Buddhism is beyond words, since the purpose of his teachings is the man with the precipitation patterns of perceiving reality, awakening. The Zen experience, therefore, shall be submitted to the theory, puts a premium on silence, but at the same time gives a man the absolute freedom of inquiry for the truth - Emptiness. Rational cognition can be so valuable, important on the road to enlightenment, because this road is the path of mindfulness, and the road crossing and change.

What-is Pathologic Adenopathy

- that is the basis of ethics in the practice of Karate / DOJO-KUN as a base of ethic in Karate

Dear All,

would like to present the king Threads essay by Sensei Paul A. Walker (USA), the holder 4 DAN in KARATE FOR , featuring more than 25 years experience through the practice of martial arts. Sensei Walker currently leads his own school of Karate.
Paul A. Walker presents in an accessible form of understanding the concept of "DOJO-KUN , the absolute foundation of building ethics into practice martial arts. " DOJO - KUN" is a set of basic principles defining the canon of standards of behavior in the dojo.

DOMO!

Dariusz Wyspianski

"DOJO-KUN"
Paul A. Walker
(http://ezinearticles.com/?The-Five-Core-Ethics- of-the-Martial-Arts & id = 899246 )

Many martial arts schools around the world promote a philosophy of self-improvement as well as an expected standard of technical skill. When you think about it, it is the philosophy rather than the technical skill that should influence every practitioner's daily life.

The martial arts philosophy, or at least the traditional karate philosophy, is called the Dojo-Kun. The Dojo-Kun is simply a five point ethical guide for training in the martial arts and for behavior in your everyday life and is sometimes called the "Student Creed" in English. The traditional karate ethics are often translated as:

· To strive for the perfection of character

· To follow the paths of truth

· To foster a spirit of effort

· To honor the principles of etiquette

· To guard against impetuous courage

In many traditional karate schools these precepts are chanted at the beginning and end of each lesson in Japanese, and in other schools in English. In some schools there is no chanting at all, just a posting of the principles on the dojo wall and other schools invent their own "Student Creed."

I'm not here to tell you which way is right or wrong, but what you should do when choosing a martial arts school is ask yourself whether the core values of that school resonate with your view of life and your moral ethics. After all you are exposing yourself and your family to a very emotive venture by beginning your karate journey. A conflict of moral values is likely to "Dim Mak" (deliver a Death Touch to) your involvement in the martial arts from the very beginning.

The Dojo-Kun's precepts can offer a very simple template for following a virtuous path and for reaching your potential in everything you do and for being a good citizen. It's up to you to decide how this philosophy fits in with your own ideals and ethics. Most people find these five core ethics to be something that they can relate to on an intimate basis; some people don't place much value on the philosophy of the martial arts and are in your karate class alongside you for very different reasons such as self-defense or basic health and fitness. The phrase "each unto his own" is definitely applicable here.

Essentially there are many other paths to self-realization and understanding of the greater world around you. The martial arts simply offer a valuable template for beginning to understand yourself and others through understanding movement, power, speed, timing, energy, tension, relaxation and harmony. It is a beginning in what can be a long and extremely rewarding journey....."

Biography of Author:

Mas Oyama

" Mas Oyama - Founder of Kyokushin
Masutatsy Oyama Biography - Lyrics comes from the Polish Kyokushin Karate Organisation

Mas Oyama was born on 27 July 1923 as the Young-I-Choi, in a village not far from Gunsan in Southern Korea. Two years later, parents send him to his sister in Manchuria (southern China). At age 9, a grammar school student in Korea, he begins to study the Chinese form of Kempo called Eighteen hands. When Oyama returned to Korea at age 12, continued his Kempo training.
Then in 1938 at age 15, travels to Japan to start learning at the School of Aviation (Yamanashi Airways School) in Tokyo. Unfortunately had to give up the dream of piloting a fighter jet and take up employment. However, he continued teaching martial arts. At age 17, Mas. Oyama won the 2-dan in judo kokodan. He trained in Kempo Karate and Okinawa in the greatest master in those days, Gichin Funakoshi, founder of the Shotokan school. At age 20, reached the fourth dan. He enlisted in the Army when the Imperial Judo and studied further in order to master tricks and grip. The fourth degree of initiation in the Far Eastern art acquired at the age of the 22nd
Worthy of note is the fact that at the time World War II, founder of kyokushin karate, he joined the aviation branch of suicide - suicide bombers (the word means in Japanese divine wind) - Wishing to give his life for his country. Since the death spared him the end of hostilities. After the defeat of Japan
Oyama survived the crisis. Emerged from it with So Nei Chu, a Korean Master of Goju-ryu Karate. This great teacher, renowned for his strength and spirituality had a great influence on young Mas. Oyama. Taught him the inseparability of budo and the spiritual foundations of Buddhism. In 1946, Mas Oyama began studies in the faculty of physical education at the University of Waseda. During the championship ogólnojapońskich wszechstyli in Kito Oyama in 1947, winning all their opponents. After several years of training, Master So advised to Oyamie Mas has devoted his life to martial arts and that he went to the mountains and there he practiced his body and mind.
In 1946, Mas. Oyama went to the top Kiyosumi in Chiba Prefecture. He was accompanied by his disciple Yashiro, and his friend Mr. Kayama brought them food every month. Yashiro could not bear solitude, and after 6 months left. Fourteen
months later Mr. Kayama told Mas Oyamie that due to unforeseen circumstances is unable to finance the isolation Mas. Oyama in the mountains. For this reason, failed to Oyamie remain in the mountains for three years as originally intended.
"Top Kiyosumi is located ten kilometers from the railway station Yasubo Kominato - wrote in his memoirs. - Top it is covered with wild shrubs, oaks and maples. Seijoji famous temple owes its fame Nichiren Buddhist monk, who spent many years of strict training. I decided to conduct a similar lifestyle, because I was afraid that the evil sowed by the Second World War would destroy my spirit of karate. Yet I have spent all our energy to fight in the street corners of American soldiers who harassed the Japanese girls and ordinary hooligans. Many of my friends reborn I go to the mountains. Saw this as nonsense and said that devotion to karate at a time when there is a firearm is absurd. There were those who come to his forehead and said, that one person in the eighty million may behave in a stupid way. However, it does not become these wishes and went to the mountains. I took with them swords, spears, several books and dishes. My day began at four in the morning. As soon as I woke up, ran to the nearest stream to wash in cold water. After breakfast, which consisted of portions of rice and beans, peas, read until noon. I started training in the afternoon. I hit a tree entwined in vines techniques Seiken, nukite, Shuto and coaster. Throughout this eighteen-month period was not the day I rested. Evenings, I sat against the wall of my hut, which was drawn a circle and stared at him. That was my exercise in concentration and release of reason and thought and with no way related ideas. With time, however, changed the method of training the mind. My challenge has become a rock. Picked up stones, which corresponded to my shape and size. Then I tried to break them in half Shuto technique. Unfortunately, my attempts were unsuccessful. But do not give up. Over the next days is still trying to achieve this goal. At night, sit in your booth staring at the stone that lay before me. It was my new method for concentration exercises. Once, when she was a full moon, something inside me stirred. Here I felt the power that gave me faith in the breakdown of lying next to the boulder. I knelt down and used a technique Shuto. The stone split into two equal parts. I did it! Since then, every shattered hand a lot of stones. When I left the forest hermitage, in the next booth was full of smashed rocks. I once read in a book that deals with the ancient masters of the supernatural, to develop the ability to jump by repeatedly jumping over linen. Flax is a plant that grows very quickly. I planted this little plant in the wheel of my little arable field, where he held the vegetables. When the plant has grown, achieved a height of 150 centimeters. Obstacles of this size can not jump from place. However, training helped me in obtaining a certain level of physical fitness. Day after day I jumped after three hundred times over the linen. With time in the nearby villages to spread the news that the dead barbarian in the mountains. In a place where I trained, and children were coming to call on me sometimes monster. After some time, however, made friends. The worst part for me was during the nights and supporting their sense of loneliness. Then even the consolation were howling foxes "

In 1950, Mas Oyama killed the first bull-hand blow (a total of fought with bulls 53 fights). Deed done so in a slaughterhouse. Claimed that, since the animals were killed Hammer, between the eyes, he, who to split stone, guiding the punch can do the same. "It is hard to beat in a bull fight - argued Last Samurai - Even 800-pound. However, there is one condition - not to fear him. "

The year was 1952. Mas Oyama, in order to disseminate their karate, which he called kyokushin (extreme truth), he moved to the United States. In America, he fought bulls in the presence of many journalists, filmmaker wide audience. It was then that one of the most prestigious newspapers, The New York Times called it God's hand.
"When I walked into the arena - he described a duel with a bull - it was an animal in a cage. Two men stood at the railing holding the rope to which the bull was tied. Suddenly the noises ceased. Someone shouted: Get Started. Then the cage door was raised, and the men let go of the rope. One of them struck the end of the bull rope. I was not prepared for it. If the distance between me and the bull was more than eighteen meters, able to disperse enough to kill me. Distance decreased. Do not, however, the animal went down the road. I grabbed it with his left hand the mouth, and the right udeżyłem destructive technique Shuto below the ear. The bull fell to the ground. People cheered. The animal tried to pick up yet, but I hit them again, this time in the corner. Horn was eliminated, and the bull stopped. "

Many people have a bad Oyamie his duels with the animals. Among other organizations, protested green. You must understand, however, that in these duels Oyama tried to show the enormous power of Kyokushin, which was not so much physical strength as the power of the human spirit. After all, Japanese have a different relationship to nature than people of Western culture. I am writing this so that no one thought of Mas. Oyama was devoid of humane feelings towards animals.
settled in their travels Oyama also came to Rio de Janeiro. After the demonstrations of various forms of karate, and art objects violations in the region where he enjoyed great popularity with Japanese judo, karate art also gained great fame. One of his Brazilian adventures reminisced as follows:
"The place to which I arrived, was famous for - what I learned later - from the great people fighting with knives. I stayed at one of the farms whose owners were eager to learn karate. I wanted to promote the art of fighting around the world, so I agreed to the show. I set three bottles on the edge of the table, crouched, took a deep breath, and then hit the bottle neck Shuto technique. After a while the bottle standing in the same place where they have set, so that they were deprived of the upper part. This has led to the great admiration of the people present. Then he got up and scary-looking person asked me if karateka can fight with someone who has a knife. I said that, yes, so that challenged me to a duel. When the time for confrontation, the attacker waited until the first move. After a moment, waving his knife as if he wanted me to cut something. I banged my hand on his hand so that the knife He flew with his fists. Now I was able to perform any technique, but I thought that if the opponent was deprived of weapons, the case is decided. On a k still trying to attack me. I grabbed his leg and kicked him in the side. The fight was finally resolved. "
Mas Oyama his skills honed well in 60-year-old master of Chinese boxing Chinese name. The first confrontation against the two men: trzydziestokilkuletniego karate and Chinese boxing expert sixty fell to the detriment of the former. "Building the body of Mr Chin said that his muscles are made of iron - posted Mas Oyama. - He was very calm. During the battle of karate important thing is to estimate the distance from the enemy. This is done by drawing attention to his way of breathing. In the case of Mr Chin was impossible. This man did not seem to breathe. My every blow he met with his defense blooded. Your karate is very dangerous - he said to me afterwards. - You have the speed and power, but the overall shape is rather straightforward. The secret lies in the Chinese boxing that you should move around a certain point, which is inside your body. I stayed a while in this honorable man, being very uradowanym that under his guidance I can hone your mind and body. "
events described briefly demonstrate the great strength of body and mind of this man. Oyama defeated numerous karate masters, as well as representatives from other martial arts (including boxer wrestlers). He claimed that in karate there is no mysticism - everything is based on hard work on myself. Creator kyokushin was characterized by an extremely hard character. At the same time was regarded as a man of gołębm heart. His students reiterated that he was like a father to them. Oyama said, "It should be strong as a lion, yet precious like a flower. By train you can reach the gates of heaven. " Many people - especially non-contact karate exponents - accused him that kyokushin is too brutal martial art. But he argued that the same forms of karate demonstration is the only dance that does not befits a true warrior. He believed also that the karateka should pay great attention to manners, the rules are contained in the Code Dojo. Without them, cultivating a man becomes a mere kyokushin osiłkiem arousing aversion in humans. Mas Oyama fights at the time forbade the introduction of karate blows to the head. He knew how to make such terrible havoc on strike in a human skull. He said: "The head is sacrosanct." The board of the International Organization Kyokushinkai sit ekspremierzy Japan: M. Mori and T. Miki. Its members are Juan Carlos, King of Spain, Ronald Regan, former president of the United States, Prince Mohamed, as well as many outstanding actors - including Sean Connery, Oscar winner for her role in The Untouchables.
In November 1993, The Last Samurai came to Polish the occasion of the European Cup in Katowice in Kyokushin Karate Oyama Cup. In the event venue, where the contest took place, the crowd greeted him jedenastotysięczny. It was his last trip abroad. Mas Oyama died on 26 April 1994 from lung cancer (as a non-smoker!). He was 71 years. At his funeral arrived in Tokyo, even those students who years ago left him and pozakładali world karate own organizations. Standing over the urn containing the ashes of the great master were aware that this is saying goodbye to a man from whom they left, but which undeniably shaped their lives. man who left behind a work of imperishable - Kyokushin .... "

The kanji ( Japanese characters) calligraphy, worn universally on the front of the gi, simply means "Kyokushinkai", which is the name given by Sosai Mas Oyama to the karate style he created. It is composed of three characters:
Kyoku meaning " Ultimate ".
Shin meaning "Truth" or "Reality".
Kai meaning
"Society" or "Association ".

"Budo as a way of life ...." - A handful of reflection

BUDO as a way of life ... ..

long wondered about the issue, have you ever BUDO become my lifestyle and how this will manifest itself ... ...
Originally it was connected with the issue of training intensity and level of technical sophistication of training, but now I know that this is not a matter of time spent in the Dojo. Much more is an internal state of being in some sense a consequence of technological advancement, but in fact is a state of mind ....
It's kind of a psychological attitude, which you feel is your way of Budo, that's just in you.
now understand words of the Master Yagyu - "One moment, a technique ..." to train mentally just imagination.
"The most important sword, the sword of your mind .." says Master Yagyu, is basically a question of your psychological attitude that makes you feel that the workout does not need a real sword ... ...

"When looking for housing, care about the foundations,
When you develop your mind, tap into the hidden interior,
When doing the other, be polite and nice,
When you rock, keep order,
When you do, choose the right moment,
When you start to work, do it skillfully,

Who does not fight with others,
There will feel guilty ....."

; ; LAO TZU - Filozof Tao

LAO TZU -
fl. 6th cent. BC, Chinese philosopher, reputedly the founder of Taoism . It is uncertain that Lao Tzu [Ch.,=old person or old philosopher] is historical. His biography in Ssu-ma Ch'ien 's Records of the Historian (1st cent. BC) says he was a contemporary of Confucius and served as curator of the dynastic archives until retiring to the mythical K'un-lun mountains. He allegedly transmitted his teachings to a border guard who subsequently compiled the Lao Tzu, also titled the Tao-te ching [Classic of the Way and Virtue]. Scholars date the work in the 4th-2d cent. BC, with some strata perhaps as old as the 6th cent. BC Its parables and verse, written in incantatory language, advocate passive and intuitive behavior in natural harmony with the Tao, a cosmic unity underlying all phenomena. It emphasizes the value of wu-wei, "nonstriving"

Placing A Rod In A Tibia And Fibula Surgery

gab_wiedzma @ 2010-09-24T09: 40:00

Hey, heee, is anyone there? Probably not. Oh well, a neglected blog, it is just so ...

I'm sitting in a half-empty room and try to wake up music from NTRowego ' Brindavan. premiere is 8! I hope it does not move again, how much you can wait! A piece promises to be epic-hirołowo-too lanserskiego filmidła. Aaaah, it will be bashing! NTR will be! I urrrocza music!
And Heroin ... Well, nothing could be completely awesome. The film with Junior or not. The land is to know what to concentrate, right?

Tomorrow, the most the next day, rolled up my yard and I move to Krakow for more than the less constant. Therefore, I will not have internet until further notice. And that's bad, very bad. Dear USOS still did not specify what he meant, and I'd rather not przegpic point at which to do it. Because then we can be uncool. In general, a little bit nervous and all that worried. Recent weeks were marked by constant clashes and tensions. Unnecessary, as you can guess.
It will ... hard. But we manage.

In general, these studies begin with a great niechciejstwem and total lack of motivation. Yes I feel.

SYSTEM - understanding the concept of KATA / The real meaning of KATA

Dear All,

System-Ryu Kenjutsu "
in a layer of both philosophical and technical support is based on traditional, classical concepts that constitute the essence of Budo .
terms " KATA" is one of the cornerstones of Japanese martial arts. Below
philosophy by the eminent AIKIDOKI Kata - TAITETSU Prof. Unno ( Smith College), friend and disciple heirs Sensei - Kisshomaru Ueshiba.

"On the physical level of training is to capture the essence of forms (KATA). The teacher provides a model and the student watches carefully and repeat it several times, until he adopts a form. Do not suffer any explanation, do not write it any other words, the whole burden rests on the student learning. After a good mastery of form, the student shall be exempted from strict adherence to the rules of its execution ...."

presented above quotation Master Unno, is reflects the approach to Kata in the System "-Ryu Kenjutsu."
In the design of the System, "KATA" is a base for their own creativity.
Mastering the basic forms and their constant repetition is a reflection of the philosophy of " Kaisu About KASANERU" ( by repeating Improvement "). But the essence of the development of the Adept is not based solely on the duplication model, but on building on the basis of well-internalized patterns own creative solutions, important from the perspective of their application in a hypothetical confrontation (even practiced in the forms of training " Kumite" in the session " Combat Kenjutsu )

respectfully

Darius Wyspianski

Angielski Short-Brie f :

The system of "Kata" is a base of development in traditional Budo way. From the perspective of "Kenjutsu Ryu System" Kata are the base of building technical background and way of shaping Attitude Towards the correct practice. The systems of "KATA" are a natural way for developing the soul and strong psychological background of an Adept.
I agree with AIKIDO Master Prof Taitetsu Unno,
The system of "KATA" is very good point of beginning, developing and forging psychological, physical and spiritual traits which are crucial from the perspective of growing up in "Budo-way".
On the more advanced stages of Budo career, "KATA" are base of individual creativity which allows to led to the highest level of professionalism and efficiency....

Around 1636 he wrote his most important Munenori philosophical work "Heiho KADENSHO" - "Book to family about the art of war
Munenoriego work originated as a result of philosophical disputes with the famous Buddhist monk takuan Soho (a close friend Munenoriego). "Heiho Kadensho "is very inspiring philosophical treatise deals with by way of the sword, fight strategy, samurai ethics and core values.

I must admit that the work Munenoriego had a great influence on me and I consider him as their spiritual patron, not only by perfecting the art of swordsmanship. Yagyu Munenori
